1. Hyperscaler Relationships

Innodata provides data engineering services to eight of the top technology hyperscalers, including five of the largest global platforms. This client base is bolstered by a new engagement set to drive $51 million of revenue in 2026, reinforcing its core revenue stream.

2. Business Consolidation

In Q1 2026, Innodata integrated its DDS, Synodex and Agility divisions into a unified agentic AI operating segment. This realignment aims to streamline operations and focus investment on developing algorithmic capabilities within the AI supply chain.

3. SaaS Platform Traction

The Evaluation and Observability Platform secured its first $1 million hyperscaler contract in Q1 and is being tested by 15 additional companies. Successful conversions of these trials could establish a recurring SaaS revenue layer alongside its time-and-materials services.
