IIP adds Huntington Securities to at-the-market program
Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. added Huntington Securities to its at-the-market equity distribution program for sales of common stock and 9% Series A preferred stock.
Jefferies’ equity distribution agreement was terminated, and no further shares will be sold under that arrangement.
The ATM program keeps a total capacity of up to $500 million across the equity distribution agreements.
Huntington can also act as forward seller or forward purchaser under a new master forward sale agreement.
