Innovative Industrial Properties raises authorized share count to 175 million
IIPR•Innovative Industrial Properties amended its charter to raise authorized shares to 175 million from 100 million, effective September 25, 2026.
1. Share authorization changes
The amendment increases authorized common shares to 100 million from 50 million and authorized preferred shares to 75 million from 50 million. The charter allows the board to increase authorized shares without shareholder action.
