Innovative Industrial Properties seeks NYSE listing for Series B preferred stock as offering launches
IIPR•Innovative Industrial Properties launched a public offering of Series B cumulative redeemable preferred stock and plans to apply to list it on the NYSE under the symbol IIPR Pr B.
1. Offering and proceeds
The company said no market currently exists for the Series B preferred stock. Net proceeds are earmarked for an unfunded mezzanine loan commitment in life sciences, then for strategy-aligned investments or general corporate purposes.
