Innoviz Technologies reported 2025 revenue of $55.1 million, more than double the prior year, alongside record gross margins and reduced operating expenses of $80.6 million. The company secured Daimler Truck Level 4 production orders, introduced the InnovizThree sensor, and set 2026 revenue targets of $67–73 million.
1. Financial Performance
In 2025 Innoviz generated $55.1 million in revenue, up from $24.3 million in 2024, delivering record gross margins. Operating expenses decreased 20% year over year to $80.6 million, and year-end liquidity stood at approximately $72.1 million.
2. Strategic Automotive Wins
Innoviz was selected by Daimler Truck and Torc Robotics for series production of Level 4 Class 8 autonomous Freightliner Cascadia trucks, with shipments of InnovizTwo sensors already underway. The company is also advancing Level 3 programs slated for 2027 with VW and Mobileye, and multiple OEMs are evaluating Level 3 and Level 4 RFQs targeted to ramp in 2028.
3. Product Innovations
The InnovizThree sensor was introduced for behind-the-windshield integration, offering a smaller form factor, lower power consumption and cost, and simplified sensor fusion when paired with a camera. InnovizSMART perimeter security solutions and the InnovizSMARTer one-box LiDAR with embedded Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano were launched to address non-automotive Physical AI applications.
4. 2026 Targets
For fiscal 2026, Innoviz aims to achieve $67–73 million in revenue, secure 2–3 new program wins, generate up to 10% of revenue from non-automotive LiDAR sales and collect $20–30 million in new NRE payments.
