InnSuites FY27 first-half net income before non-cash items turns to profit at $120,280; revenue rises to $4.1 million

InnSuites Hospitality Trust posted record first-half fiscal 2027 revenue of $4.1 million.
Consolidated net income before non-cash items rose to $120,280, up $178,057 from the prior-year first half.
Combined hotel occupancy climbed 3.04 percentage points to 83.42%, while RevPAR edged up to $79.66 from $78.48.
August revenue and balance sheet changes
August hotel revenue totaled $513,145, lifting first seven fiscal months hotel revenue to about $4.5 million, a record.
Shareholders’ equity increased by $3 million on Aug. 19, 2026, while debt fell by $3 million; reverse merger interest increased.
