Innventure names new CFO and adds independent director
Innventure named Eric Stober CFO effective Oct. 19, 2026, replacing David Yablunosky, who will move into an advisory role.
Stober previously served as CFO of Astrotech, later CFO of Capital Factory, with experience in restructurings, asset sales, capital formation.
The board added independent director Michael Madon effective Sept. 28, 2026. He is currently chief revenue officer at ABCorp.
Madon previously founded cybersecurity and AI companies, including Ataata, acquired by Mimecast; he also held a senior U.S. Treasury intelligence role.
Michael Otworth and John Hewitt resigned from the board. The board size was cut to seven directors, with six independent.
