Innventure names Bruce Brown board chairman as Otworth steps down

Innventure named lead independent director Bruce Brown as independent board chairman, replacing Michael Otworth.
Brown brings decades of innovation and commercialization leadership; he serves on Magnera’s board and previously sat on the boards of Nokia and Medpace.
Independent director Catriona Fallon became audit committee chair. Fallon is a former CFO at Hitachi Vantara, Silver Spring Networks and Marin Software.
CEO transition and board changes
William Grieco will take over as CEO, effective Sept. 1, 2026. The move accelerates a planned Oct. 1 transition from Bill Haskell.
Suzanne Niemeyer resigned from the board effective Aug. 31, 2026, and the board size was reduced to eight directors.
