Inovio prices offering with warrants exercisable at $1.1 per share

The underwriter option covers up to 3,157,894 additional shares, warrants for up to 6,315,788 shares, or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof.

Inovio priced a public offering of 21,052,632 common shares with warrants to buy up to 42,105,264 shares at a $1.1 exercise price.

Units were priced at $0.95 per share with a warrant for two shares; gross proceeds are expected at about $20 million, excluding any warrant exercise.
