Inseego completes acquisition of Nokia fixed wireless access business

Inseego completed the acquisition of Nokia’s fixed wireless access business, a deal first disclosed on April 30, 2026.
2. Payment and staffing
Nokia took about 1.9 million Inseego common shares for an roughly 11% stake, tied to a $10 million cash investment. Warrants cover up to about 800,000 additional shares at an exercise price of $4.26 per share. Nokia is due to pay Inseego another $10 million by Oct. 15, 2026, to support engineering interoperability work. About 250 staff will support the business under Inseego, including transferring employees and personnel covered by a transition services agreement.
