Inseego delivered $34.3 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, achieving an adjusted EBITDA of $1.8 million and recording a GAAP net loss of $4.5 million. The company maintained a strong gross margin of 48.3%, marking its fifth consecutive quarter above 40%.
2. Nokia FWA Acquisition Details
Inseego signed an agreement to acquire Nokia’s Fixed Wireless Access business, which has an approximate $200 million annualized revenue run rate. Upon closing in Q4 2026, the deal is expected to double Inseego’s revenue, with Nokia receiving a 7% equity stake valued at $20 million and making an additional $10 million cash investment to reach roughly 11% ownership.
3. Strategic Partnerships and Product Wins
The acquisition includes joint go-to-market initiatives in 6G and wireless edge, as well as collaboration on carrier 5G monetization and AI-driven opportunities. Inseego also secured new U.S. Tier-1 carrier wins for its fourth-generation FWA device and a value-tier MiFi hotspot, and appointed Koroush Saraf as Chief Product Officer to expand its product portfolio.
