Insmed initiates three Phase 3 trials of TPIP for pulmonary diseases
INSM•Insmed has begun three of four Phase 3 trials in its PALM program for treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder, aiming to enroll more than 2,000 patients. The fourth trial, PALM-IPF, is expected to start in the first half of 2027.

Insmed said three trials in its four-study Phase 3 PALM program have begun. The program aims to enroll more than 2,000 patients and evaluate once-daily treatment for pulmonary hypertension and fibrotic lung diseases; the fourth trial, PALM-IPF, is expected to start in the first half of 2027.
