INSP•Q2 results and margins
Inspire Medical Systems posted Q2 revenue down 7.6% to $200.6 million from a decline in U.S. revenue.
GAAP results swung to net earnings of $314,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, from a net loss a year earlier.
Gross margin rose 150 basis points to 85.5%, helped by a higher mix of the Inspire V system.
Cash flow, guidance and Project Horizon
Operating cash flow increased to $23.2 million from $2.7 million, driven by improved working capital in receivables and inventories.
The company raised 2026 revenue guidance to $835 million-$875 million and launched “Project Horizon” to unlock about $30 million of annualized growth investment capacity.
