Insulet Q2 FY26 net income more than doubled to $95 million; revenue rises 23.5% to $801.7 million

Insulet posted Q2 revenue of $801.7 million, up 23.5% year over year, driven by Omnipod sales of $795.9 million, up 24.6%.

Net income more than doubled to $95 million, or $1.37 per diluted share; operating income rose to $129.7 million, or 16.2% of revenue.

For FY 2026, total revenue growth guidance was cut to 20%–22% from 21%–23%, while adjusted EPS growth guidance was raised to above 30%.

U.S. Omnipod revenue increased 20.1% to $544.1 million, while international Omnipod revenue climbed 35.5% to $251.8 million.
