Shareholders have filed a complaint in Delaware’s Court of Chancery claiming Intel’s board approved a deal granting the U.S. government a 10% equity stake without adequately weighing shareholder interests. The suit argues the arrangement may have diluted existing shares and questions whether political pressure influenced the board’s decision.

Panasonic plans to launch the TOUGHBOOK 56 in May 2026, featuring an ergonomic design, world-first simultaneous 1Gb, 2.5Gb and 10Gb LAN ports, Wi-Fi 7 and an Intel AI Boost NPU.
