Intellia completes enrollment in Phase 3 Nex-z trial for hereditary ATTR amyloidosis with polyneuropathy
NTLA•Intellia Therapeutics completed enrollment in its Phase 3 MAGNITUDE-2 trial of nexiguran ziclumeran, which will evaluate efficacy and safety in approximately 60 patients with hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis with polyneuropathy.

Intellia Therapeutics completed enrollment in the placebo-controlled Phase 3 MAGNITUDE-2 trial of nexiguran ziclumeran for hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis with polyneuropathy. The study will evaluate the investigational one-time gene-editing treatment in approximately 60 patients; enrollment completion is not a clinical outcome.

The treatment targets liver production of transthyretin and aims to halt or reverse disease progression.
