IDN•Intellicheck partnered with Conmitto, the company behind Dock Optimizer, to add identity verification to driver check-in before freight is released. Verification records remain linked to appointments for three years.
1. Identity checks at check-in
The integration embeds identity verification into driver check-in, allowing shippers and logistics providers to verify drivers before releasing freight. Shippers can extend verification requirements to third-party facilities using Dock Optimizer through their own accounts. Records remain linked to appointments for three years to support chain-of-custody documentation, investigations and compliance reviews.
