Independent director Sha Ye resigned effective Sept. 3, 2026. The departure was not tied to any disagreement.

Intelligent Group named Dr. Jialin Lu as an independent director, effective Sept. 3, 2026.
Lu joined the audit, compensation, nominating and corporate governance committees. She will chair the nominating and corporate governance committee.
Her background includes lecturing in economics and accounting at Top Education in Australia. She also held accounting roles in China and Australia.
