Intrusion announces annual shareholder meeting

Intrusion will hold its annual shareholder meeting online on Aug. 27, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors.

Ballots also cover auditor ratification.

A separate vote seeks approval for potential share issuance tied to its OW Cyber acquisition, including earn-out stock.

Shareholders will also vote on allowing meeting adjournment if needed to secure votes on the share-issuance item.
