Intrusion completed its acquisition of OW Cyber on Aug. 28, 2026, taking ownership from 60% to 100%.
The second closing covered the remaining 40% stake for a $1.3 million cash payment.
Funding came from a Streeterville Capital Secured Promissory Note with $1.5 million in cash proceeds.
