Intrusion gets Nasdaq extension to May 3, 2027, to meet minimum bid price requirement
INTZ•Nasdaq gave Intrusion until May 3, 2027, to regain compliance with its $1 minimum bid price requirement after the initial compliance period expired without the stock meeting the threshold.
1. New compliance deadline
Nasdaq granted Intrusion another 180 days, until May 3, 2027, to meet its $1 minimum bid price requirement. Compliance requires a closing bid of at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days, though Nasdaq may extend that period to 20 business days.
2. Potential delisting
If needed, a reverse stock split must be completed at least 10 business days before the deadline. Failure to comply would trigger a delisting notice, subject to appeal; Intrusion common stock continues trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market as INTZ.
