Intrusion launched a warrant inducement program that includes an unregistered issuance of new common stock purchase warrants.
Holders can cash-exercise existing warrants for up to 3,198,085 shares at a temporary $0.80 per-share exercise price.
Each exercised share earns one new warrant with a $0.67 exercise price, first exercisable after six months. The new warrants expire five years after becoming exercisable, and the issuance relies on Securities Act Section 4(a)(2) or Rule 506.
