Invech Holdings names Stephen Ken Adair CEO, replacing Alexander M. Woods-Leo

Adair founded Executive Class Travel in 2001, previously ran Cruise Depot, and held an international manager role at American Airlines’ DFW Terminal A.
The management shift followed a control change as Woods-Leo sold 88,000,000 common shares and 300,000 Series A preferred shares to Adair. The filing said the stake conveyed represented about 75.9% of outstanding common stock, and the Series A preferred represented 100% of that class.
