Inventiva H1 FY26 net loss narrows to €69.47 million; revenue drops to €20,000
IVA•Inventiva reported a net loss of €69.47 million, down from €175.88 million a year earlier, while revenue fell to €20,000 from €4.45 million. The company said the NATiV3 Phase 3 trial reached its last patient last visit, with topline results expected in Q4 2026.
1. Financial results
Inventiva’s operating loss widened to €70.39 million. Research and development expense rose 3% to €46.24 million, general and administrative costs climbed 51.22% to €22.25 million, and marketing and business development expense more than doubled to €2.59 million.
2. Cash and trial update
Cash and cash equivalents totaled €166.1 million, alongside €67.8 million in short-term deposits. Operating cash outflow improved to €45.4 million. The NATiV3 Phase 3 trial reached last patient last visit, and topline results are expected in Q4 2026; runway guidance remains unchanged through the end of Q2 2027.
