Invesco Mortgage Capital adds Sallie Mae CFO Peter Graham to board

Invesco Mortgage Capital named Sallie Mae Co-President and CFO Peter Graham to its board, effective Aug. 3, 2026.
Graham leads finance, treasury, capital markets activities, equity and fixed-income investor relations at Sallie Mae.
He previously served as CFO of PRA Group.
Graham spent more than a decade at General Electric in senior finance roles.
He will join the board’s audit, compensation, nomination, and corporate governance committees.
