DB•Investa secured Deutsche Bank’s third lease renewal at Deutsche Bank Place in Sydney. The new 10-year lease covers 4,332 square meters and extends the bank’s occupancy beyond 30 years from the tower’s completion in 2005.

The tower is owned by Investa Commercial Property Fund, Investa Gateway Office and a Mirvac-managed fund.
