Investment company Blue Owl buys minority stake in private equity firm BlackFin

• Funds managed by Blue Owl acquire a minority stake in BlackFin Capital Partners, the companies said.
• BlackFin Capital Partners, which manages around €4 billion ($4.56 billion) of assets, said Blue Owl's stake would not change BlackFin's overall investment strategy.
• Earlier this month, Blue Owl Capital maintained a 5% quarterly withdrawal limit for two of its private credit funds as redemption requests remained substantially above the cap despite falling by a few percentage points in the second quarter.
