IVVD•Invivyd reported positive topline Phase 3 LIBERTY results showing VYD2311 had better safety and tolerability than an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.

Co-administration with an mRNA vaccine showed no sign of reducing the vaccine-driven immune response and increased overall neutralizing activity. Invivyd plans to use LIBERTY results with its ongoing DECLARATION pivotal study to support a U.S. BLA filing under FDA accelerated approval; topline safety and immunogenicity results from DECLARATION are expected in October.
