Invo Fertility revenue rose 18% to USD 2.2 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026.
Cost of services increased 24% to USD 1.4 million, driven by the addition of the Indiana Clinic.
Selling, general and administrative expenses fell to USD 1.9 million from USD 2.2 million on lower professional services costs.
Gain on remeasurement totaled USD 2.5 million, reflecting the Alabama note receivable and HRCFG acquisition remeasurement.
For the six months ended June 30, 2026, net loss narrowed to USD 4.7 million; cash was USD 3.7 million.
