IonQ closes $2 billion stock and warrant offering
IONQ•IonQ closed an offering of 20.5 million common shares and 29.5 million pre-funded warrants, each bundled with two Series C Warrants at a combined public price of $40. The 100 million Series C Warrants have a $69.46 exercise price per share.

IonQ closed the offering on October 16, 2026. Pre-Funded Warrants are exercisable at $0.0001 per share, and both warrant types are exercisable immediately through the seven-year anniversary of issuance.
