IonQ signed an MOU with CMC Microsystems to provide cloud access to its trapped-ion quantum systems in Canada.
The deal makes IonQ a listed provider for the FABrIC Quantum Computing Sandbox, expanding access for Canadian academics and small-to-medium enterprises.
The program is backed by Government of Canada Strategic Response Fund funding, aiming to accelerate quantum research and enterprise adoption.
