The test modeled the cytochrome P450nor heme active site, calculating electrostatic interaction energy within 0.5 kcal/mol, about 4%, of benchmarks.
The result met the 1 kcal/mol chemical-accuracy threshold, supporting earlier candidate ranking and metabolic-risk screening in biopharma research.
The workflow used Promethium GPU preprocessing to map a 115-atom system to an 8-qubit active space measured on Forte.
