Iovance reports durable responses with lifileucel in early soft tissue sarcoma trial
IOVA•A pilot trial showed durable responses with lifileucel in previously treated undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma and dedifferentiated liposarcoma. Iovance plans to present clinical results at the ESMO Congress in Madrid on October 23-27, 2026.

A pilot trial showed durable responses with lifileucel in previously treated undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma and dedifferentiated liposarcoma, supporting the ongoing SARATOGA registrational trial.
2. Other lifileucel findings
Final Phase 2 results showed deep, durable responses with lifileucel combined with pembrolizumab in previously untreated advanced melanoma, supporting the ongoing Phase 3 TILVANCE-301 trial. An indirect comparison suggested improved long-term overall survival with lifileucel versus standard treatments in anti-PD-1-resistant advanced melanoma. Iovance will present clinical results at the ESMO Congress in Madrid on October 23-27, 2026.
