July 16 (Reuters) - IPG Photonics Corp (IPGP.O) said it has announced a binding offer to acquire Lumibird Medical.
- IPG Photonics Corp said it will buy Lumibird Medical for €300 million cash-free, debt-free.
- The deal includes a contingent earnout of up to €50 million based on 2026-2027 performance.
- IPG Photonics Corp said the acquisition will be funded with cash on hand.
- The company said the deal is expected to be accretive to gross margin, EBITDA, and adjusted EPS.
- IPG Photonics Corp said the transaction also adds about $1 billion in addressable market for advanced solutions.
