Internal realignment targets fintech, AI and digital services

Iqstel entered a Contribution Agreement on July 8, 2026 to reorganize its corporate structure through an internal realignment.

Assets, equity interests and operations moved into newly formed or existing subsidiaries to streamline structure, improve efficiency and align entities with business lines.

The realignment targets fintech, AI and digital services operations. There is no change in management or board.

The transaction is not expected to materially affect consolidated financial statements.
