IQVIA’s 2025 sustainability report shows 230,000 AI and data analytics upskilling engagements, 2,000 leadership program participants and new trial sites in Brazil, Italy and Japan. The company cut cold chain packaging emissions 70%, redesigned trial kits with 98% recycled materials and secured 100% My Green Lab certification.
1. Employee Upskilling and Leadership Development
IQVIA engaged its 93,000 employees in over 230,000 AI and data analytics learning sessions in 2025 and enrolled more than 2,000 participants in global leadership development programs, surpassing Fortune 500 benchmarks for employee engagement.
2. AI Strategy and Governance
The company expanded partnerships and launched new AI-enabled solutions for internal and external use, guided by its AI Governance Council and Defensible Data and AI center to ensure privacy, compliance and patient safety under its Healthcare-grade AI capabilities.
3. Expanded Clinical Trial Network
IQVIA activated clinical trial sites in Brazil and Argentina for an acute coronary syndrome study enrolling 5,700 participants toward a 47,000-patient goal and added Prime Sites in Brazil, Italy and Japan, growing its network to 56 high-performing centers.
4. Environmental Sustainability Initiatives
IQVIA achieved 100% My Green Lab certification across its global laboratories, reduced cold chain logistics packaging emissions by 70%, and redesigned clinical trial test kits to use at least 98% recycled materials, advancing its ISO 14001 and 45001 coverage.
