IREN, BE Networks to Simulate 50,000-GPU AI Factory with NVIDIA DSX Air
IREN•IREN is using NVIDIA DSX Air and BE Networks' Verity platform to simulate and validate its network architecture ahead of deploying over 50,000 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs. This digital twin environment will test network topologies, automation workflows and integration points to reduce deployment risk and accelerate AI cloud infrastructure rollout.
1. Partnership Overview
IREN is collaborating with BE Networks to employ NVIDIA DSX Air for high-fidelity simulation of its AI cloud environment. The partnership focuses on validating network architectures and automation workflows ahead of deploying over 50,000 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs.
2. Simulation Technology and Validation
NVIDIA DSX Air creates a digital twin of IREN's AI infrastructure, including NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet and NVLink networking, compute, storage, orchestration and security layers. This environment enables testing of large-scale GPU cluster behaviors, policy validations and operational readiness before physical deployment.
3. Deployment Benefits and Implications
By validating designs virtually and leveraging BE Networks' Verity orchestration platform, IREN can reduce integration risk, shorten deployment timelines and improve GPU utilization. The simulation-driven approach supports more predictable capacity expansion across IREN's renewable-powered data centers, enhancing its AI cloud infrastructure value proposition.
