Iron Mountain entered an agreement with Saudi Arabia’s Social Development Bank to modernize SME loan document workflows using AI-driven document processing.

The bank will deploy Iron Mountain InSight DXP to classify files, extract and validate data, flag missing documents, and route exceptions for human review.
