IRSA to pay USD 743,154 interest on Aug. 28

Interest payment on Series XVIII notes

IRSA will begin paying the fifth interest installment on its Fixed Rate Series XVIII Notes on Aug. 28, 2026.

Cash interest is set at USD 743,153.68 for the Feb. 28–Aug. 28, 2026 period.

The notes carry a 7% annual nominal rate on USD 21.41 million of outstanding principal and are due in 2027.

Payment will be made to holders registered as of Aug. 27, 2026.
