IRulya Therapeutics expects Phase 2 data for inhaled rapamycin LAM-001 in bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome in the first quarter of 2027. The fully enrolled 19-patient trial compares LAM-001 with placebo in patients following double-lung transplantation. An ongoing 75-patient Phase 2b trial in pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease is expected to report data in the first quarter of 2028. A Phase 2 trial in sarcoidosis-associated pulmonary hypertension is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2026, with data anticipated in late 2028. The company raised $115 million upfront in an oversubscribed financing in May 2026.
