ISG data showed Europe’s tech services ACV rose 56% in Q3 to US $14.9 billion, led by AI-driven infrastructure demand. XaaS ACV increased 85% to US $10.6 billion, including a 106% rise in IaaS to US $9.1 billion; managed services ACV rose 12% to US $4.3 billion, while quarterly ACV fell 10% from Q2 despite larger deal sizes. ISG raised its 2026 cloud-based XaaS growth forecast to 60% from 30% and maintained its 2.1% managed services growth forecast.
