ISG says German enterprises are shifting more cybersecurity work to external providers to address talent shortages, tighter regulation and emerging risks.
Demand is rising for managed security services, AI-assisted security operations, continuous monitoring, automation, threat intelligence and modular offerings for midmarket clients.
The report also adds post-quantum encryption consulting as firms assess “harvest now, decrypt later” exposure, with banking, insurance and industrial research highlighted as at risk.
