Natively embedded in iSpecimen's redesigned marketplace, the agent offers a conversational interface where users submit plain-language requests. It automatically extracts disease conditions, specimen types, and testing requirements, then conducts relevance-ranked searches to present comprehensive candidate lists to the iSpecimen team.

This release is the first in a series of AI-driven enhancements that will include automated regulatory submission monitoring, high-compliance workflow automation, and intelligent lead management. These upcoming features aim to reduce friction in biospecimen sourcing and accelerate researchers’ access to critical samples.
