Israel's Global-e Online Q2 revenue beats estimates, helped by higher merchant volume

The company said strong volumes from existing merchants and the 2025 cohort of launched merchants, as well as initial performance from new merchants, drove revenue and GMV growth.
Global-e said adjusted EBITDA margin expansion was driven by operating leverage and efficiency gains using AI.
The company completed a $68 million share repurchase and authorized a new $500 million buyback plan on June 4.
Outlook raised for FY 2026
Global-e raised its FY 2026 revenue outlook to $1.305 billion-$1.355 billion from $1.22 billion-$1.28 billion.
The company now sees FY 2026 GMV at $8.81 billion-$9.11 billion, up from $8.53 billion-$8.88 billion, and expects adjusted EBITDA of $278 million-$300 million, up from $264.5 million-$289.5 million.
