ISS and Glass Lewis backed Evogene's management slate in a proxy fight ahead of the Sept. 4, 2026 annual meeting.
Both advisers urged votes against a dissident slate tied to L.I.A. Pure Capital, citing an unconvincing case for board change.
Their recommendations also supported all other proposals on the meeting agenda.
