Itaú Unibanco CET1 ratio rises to 12.7% in third quarter 2026
ITUB•Itaú Unibanco’s CET1 ratio rose to 12.7% in the third quarter of 2026 from 12.3% in June. Total capital was R$251.27 billion, while liquidity coverage and the net stable funding ratio increased to 205.8% and 123.7%, respectively.
1. Capital ratios
Itaú Unibanco’s third-quarter 2026 capital report showed a Common Equity Tier 1 ratio of 12.7%, up from 12.3% in June. The total capital ratio held at 15.4%, with total capital reaching R$251.27 billion at September 30.
2. Assets and liquidity
Risk-weighted assets rose to R$1.63 trillion from R$1.58 trillion in June. The liquidity coverage ratio improved to 205.8% from 202%, and the net stable funding ratio increased to 123.7% from 122.1%.
