Itaú Unibanco publishes June 30, 2026 IFRS financial statements with independent auditor’s report

Itaú Unibanco released PwC’s independent auditor’s report on its condensed consolidated IFRS financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
PwC issued an unmodified opinion, stating the statements were prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with IAS 34 interim reporting.
Key audit matters included expected credit loss provisioning, valuation of financial instruments using internal models with unobservable inputs, information technology environment, provisions, and contingent liabilities.
