ITC staff backs Seer’s bid to block Nanomics imports in patent dispute

A final determination is expected by year-end.
ITC investigative staff recommended on Oct. 30, 2026, that the commission grant all remedies Seer requested in its patent dispute with Nanomics. The proposed orders would block infringing Proteonano imports and bar Nanomics from commercializing those imported products in the United States.
Nanomics withdrew from the investigation in September, making the patent allegations against its products presumptively true under ITC rules. The commission is expected to issue a final determination by year-end.
