iTonic named Simin Tan chief financial officer on Aug. 27, 2026, effective immediately.

Former CFO Zhixin Li resigned the same day, effective immediately; she cited no disagreements with management or the board.

Tan was most recently a senior associate at MarcumAsia CPAs from Nov. 2024 to July 2026. She previously worked at PwC China, DAHUA CPA Firm, and Pattillo, Brown & Hill.
