ITT has completed the acquisition of Aerospace Contacts LLC, a supplier of interconnect solutions for commercial and defense aerospace markets. The deal expands ITT’s Connect and Control Technologies segment and strengthens its aftermarket portfolio in aerospace electrical systems.
ITT has officially finalized the purchase of Aerospace Contacts LLC, a specialist in electrical interconnect solutions serving commercial and defense aerospace customers. The transaction brings Aerospace Contacts into ITT’s Connect and Control Technologies segment effective July 6, 2026.
By adding Aerospace Contacts’ proprietary contact technology and customer base, ITT aims to strengthen its aftermarket services and product lineup for aircraft electrical systems. The acquisition supports growth objectives in both commercial aerospace and defense sectors, broadening ITT’s addressable market.
ITT plans to integrate Aerospace Contacts’ operations over the next two quarters, targeting cost synergies through combined manufacturing and streamlined supply chains. Management anticipates revenue contributions to begin in the third quarter, with full integration completed by year-end.
